Observe whether the roller conveyor moves smoothly and uniformly on the roller conveyor; operate each cylinder, the crotch area of the goods is stable, and the product and transfer operations are accurate enough; because the neutrons do not collide and roll in the goods to avoid damage to the roller bearings ;

3. With pressure or drive screw and nut should be lubricated with oil regularly, commonly used drive screw and nut should be sealed with oil seal;

4. The residues on the surface of the roller should be wiped regularly, frequently checked and kept clean;

5. After using the roller conveyor, oil the roller bearings regularly and oil the drive chain. Lubrication operators must inspect on time, pay attention to oil leakage and abnormal changes of lubrication points, and find problems early;

6. For the lubrication point of automatic oil injection, the oil pressure, oil level, oil temperature and oil delivery of the oil pump should be checked frequently to find problems in time;

7. It should be checked whether the roller conveyor is running flexibly; the surface loading rollers are in the same plane; the drive rollers connected by the drive are reliable, and the drive chain or belt is worn; the buttons and indicators of the electronically controlled drive device of each switch work normally.
